Each QiGa gathering will start with an energizing breath, followed by a yoga flow to wake up and ground the body.
We will then transition to Tai Chi and Qigong exercises to help wake up and move energy throughout the body and release any energetic blockages.
Short meditation will conclude our hour of QiGa.
